Reynolds is a noted British hard science fiction author, and is generally considered to by the master of British sci-fi.

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. A couple of very light marks to the boards. A few light marks to the fore edge. Mark to the front endpaper. Light edgewear to the dustwrapper, with a few marks to the reverse of the dustwrapper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
