The first edition, first impression of three novels from Welsh writer Sarah Waters, best known for her novels set in Victorian society, and for the works 'Tipping the Velvet' and 'The Fingersmith'.
Each in their original price unclipped dust wrapper, present here are 'The Night Watch' (2006), set in 1940s London; 'The Little Stranger' (2009), also set in 1940s postwar Britain, and 'The Paying Guests' (2014), set in the 1920s in the social and economic aftermath of World War I.
Both 'The Night Watch' and 'The Little Stranger' were shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize for Fiction.

In the publisher's original cloth bindings, with price unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, fine. Light sunning to back strips of 'The Night Watch' and 'The Little Stranger'. Small area of spotting and adhesive residue to tail of front wrap of 'The Night Watch'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
