What Our Customers Say...
Description
First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
To the title page is written 'To Eileen Albion, with fond memories of Desmond the best boss I ever had - and all good wishes Sebastian Faulks'. 'Human Traces' took Faulks five years to write. It follows two friends who set up a pioneering asylum in 19th century Austria, in tandem with the evolution of psychiatry and the start of the First World War. Sebastian Faulks is best known for his novels 'Birdsong' and 'Charlotte Gray'. A fine copy of this novel.
