New, in shrink wrap. Dated from the British Library. In the publisher's original red cloth binding. Two volumes comprising, books one and two of the 'Records of Early English Drama' series. These two editions focus on Oxford and are titled '1, The Records' and '2, Editorial Apparatus'. 'The Records of Early English Drama (REED)' is a performance history research project based at the University of Toronto. The project was founded in 1976 by a group of international scholars who were interested in understanding "the native tradition of English playmaking that apparently flourished in late medieval provincial towns'.
