Blake is a beloved cartoonist, best known for his unique illustrations for the novels of Roald Dahl. Besides Dahl, he has illustrated works by the likes of Sylvia Plath, Dr. Seuss, and Elizabeth Bowen. He has been awarded the highest recognition available for the creators of children's books, the Hans Christian Andersen Award.

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, fine. Dustwrapper is a very little edge worn. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
