A catalogue of the art of Achille Mauzan (1883-1952), a prominent French decorative illustrator during the Art Deco movement. He is best known for his posters, of which he designed over two thousand. His style was typified by humour and brilliant colours.
Written by his son, Mirande Carnevale-Mauzan.
Densely illustrated throughout the text in black and white and colour.
Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, excellent. There is some very slight wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
