    This pleasing collection combines the writings and famous designs of English textile designer, poet, artist and Arts and Crafts associate, William Morris. 

    Through his own words, the reader is able to trace his progress and artistic development, from his passion towards revitalising the dying arts, to his increased political involvements later in life. 

    The work is richly decorated throughout with Morris' works, with coloured and monochrome illustrations of his wallpapers, fabrics, tapestries, stained glass and books. 

    Condition

    In the original laminated boards. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with minor shelf wear only. Dust wrapper is very smart, with slight edge wear, heaviest to the spine head. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
