This is a beautifully presented 2000 facsimile reprint of the original edition published by Longman that is illustrated by more than two thousand engravings. The book states that its aims were to improve the dwellings of the great mass of society.

Including 2342 illustrations.

Collated, complete.

Condition

Bound in the publisher's original green cloth binding. In very smart condition with only very slight marks to the boards. A mark to the bottom edge of Volume 1. Internally, firmly bound with bright clean pages.
