First edition. Signed by Richard Nairn to the title page, dated 1999. Illustrated with numerous figures and photographs in text, many of which are in colour, and fourteen maps. Collated complete. A charming work on the county town of Wicklow in the Republic of Ireland, which offers a combination of mountains, lakes, bogs, woodlands, and coastal areas. With reference to the personal histories of the authors surrounding the area. Written by Richard Nairn, an Irish ecologist and a lifetime sailor, and Miriam Crowley, an Irish environmental scientist.

Condition

In the original cream cloth binding. Externally, very smart with the odd mark to the boards. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also very smart with light wear to the extremities and minor sunning to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd small handling mark.
