This work follows Harry Pendel, a man who professes to be a tailor, co-owning a bespoke tailors with a fictitious man named Braithwaite; unbeknownst to his wife and children, he is an ex-convict.

John le Carre (1931-2020) was a British author of thrillers and espionage novels, having drawn from personal experience working for MI5 and MI6 in the 1950s and 1960s. His most popular works include 'The Spy Who Came In from the Cold', 'The Night Manager' and 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy'.

Condition

In the publisher's original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely; fabric bookmark is a trifle worn at the end. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition. Internally firmly bound, pages are bright and clean.
