This is the twelfth novel in the Inspector Morse series. In which a physiotherapist named Rachel James is shot through the closed blind of her kitchen window. Inspector Morse and DS Lewis are on the case and the tale unravels, with cryptic love poems and photographs. Colin Dexter was a popular English crime writer, best known for his 'Inspector Morse' series of novels. Throughout his career he received several Crime Writer's Association awards: Two Silver Daggers, Two Gold Daggers and A Cartier Diamond Dagger. He also received an OBE for his services to literature.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding and held in original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, excellent with little to no shelfwear. Dustwrapper is also excellent with just some bumping to the rear wrap at the head of the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
