    Written by Brian Cathcart, a journalist who is currently the professor of journalism at Kingston University London.

    In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, fine. Dustwrapper with minor edgewear and a couple of faint marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
