Maschler is a publisher who worked for Jonathan Cape, who discovered and published authors including Ian McEwan and Gabriel Garcia Marquez. ‘A World Elsewhere’ is a fascinating philosophical work debating the concept of utopia and its existence. Written by Bernard Levin, an English journalist, typically considered to be the most famous journalist of his day.
