Presenting this collection of poetry and literary analysis written by Peter Russell, a twentieth-century British poet, translator, and literary critic. 

Russell was heavily inspired by the life and works of American expatriate and fellow poet Ezra Pound, who was a prominent figure of the early modernist poetry movement. His most well-known works include Ripostes (1912), Hugh Selwyn Mauberly (1920), and most famously, The Cantos (1917-1962). 

Published privately as a special edition as part of the 'Salzburg Studies in English Literature, Poetic Drama, & Poetic Theory'. 

Signed by the author to the title page. 

A scarce work.
