This novel was written by Samuel Beckett, an Irish novelist, poet and short story writer who is known for his black comedy and tragicomic works. The novel was published after the writer's death, but was the first novel he wrote, writing it in 1932.

In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely. The wrap is excellent with only very slight marks and edge wear. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
