A postman fulfils his dreams of building a a wonderful Palace in this charming children's book written by Henri. With a varied career as an artist, poet, rock and roll performer, playwright and librettist, Adrian Henri contributed to the Merseybeat zeitgeist of the 1960s and 1970s. Illustrator Simon Henwood has also had a varied career, first gaining attention as a children's writer and illustrator, and later directing music videos for Kanye West.
Condition
In the publisher's original laminated hardback binding. Externally, lovely. With a small mark to the rear board, and a tiny chip in the laminate to the top and bottom edge. Internally, firmly bound. Aside from a small mark to the title page, pages are bright and clean throughout.
