A comprehensive book on the history of 'Haute Couture', high-end fashion, from 1865 to the date of publication. With numerous photographs by Emmanuel De Lepervanche throughout. This is a bilingual book, with english translations paired alongside the original french text.
Condition
In a full cloth binding with gilt lettering. Externally, excellent with minor shelf wear. The original dust wrapper is in very smart condition. Light shelf wear to the extremities and the occasional closed tear to the edges. Light marks to the panels. Internally, firmly bound. Pages very bright and clean.
