Description

First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

Two volumes. First edition. With the advance reading copy consisting of uncorrected page proofs, not originally for sale. "Embassy House" was the name given to the CIA headquarters in each of the provincial capitals in Vietnam. To one such compound, in 1970, comes Special Forces Captain Jake Gulliver, reassigned against his will into the politically unstable Mekong Delta. Written by Nicholas Proffitt, an American author, screenwriter, and war correspondent. Also includes a letter from Robert E. Gordon Jr., Director of The National Wilderness Institute, explaining to the recipient that they have organised for Bantam Books to provide him with a copy of Proffitt's book East of Eden, dated March 1990.
