Colour Plates, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

Pop-up edition of '101 Dalmatians' designed by Robert Watson, first thus. Featuring seven pop-ups in bright colour. Movable pop-up of window to first leaf is stuck with a closed tear; damage to illustrations of Colonel and Tibs watching TV: both the characters and the rotating wheel of the screen, as well as the illustration of the dalmatians are loose but present; strip illustrating the dalmatians to last leaf of text loose but present.

Condition

In the original publisher's laminated boards binding. Externally smart with minor shelf wear only, light bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Damage to occasional pop-up illustrations. Pages bright and clean.
