First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding

The first edition of this collection. Ronald Searle was a British artist and satirical cartoon artist. He created the famous St Trinian's School and collaborated with Geoffrey Willans on the Molesworth series. Searle received many critical recognition for his work especially in America. He won the National Cartoonists Society's Advertising and Illustration Award in 1959 and 1965, The Reuben Award in 1960 and many more.

Condition

In original pictorial boards. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of spine as well as to the extremities. A few light spots to boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
