This biography attempts to open up a new perspective on Woolf and focus on her private life outside of her public career. 

With ten monochrome plates. Collated, complete. 

The dust wrapper cover shows a portrait of Woolf by her sister, Vanessa Bell, c1911.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent. The dust wrapper is slightly worn to the extremities. The binding is in fine condition with only some very slight bumping to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
