This is a stunning limited first edition of A World of Love, which has been privately printed and signed by Joseph P. Lash. Written by Joseph P. Lash and with a forewords by Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr this volume considers Eleanor Roosevelt and her friends between 1943-1962. 

Eleanor Roosevelt served as the First Lady of the United States from 1933 to 1945 during her husband, Franklin D. Roosevelt's, four terms in office. Harry S. Truman later called her the 'First Lady of the World' in tribute to her human rights achievements. The collection is full of letters Eleanor Roosevelt wrote between 1943 and 1962 to various people including Joseph P. Lash who was a close friend of Eleanor Roosevelt. 

There are sixteen pages of photographs within the book. 
Signed by the author to the front free endpaper. 
Collated, complete.

Condition

In full decorative morocco binding. Externally, very smart. Signed by the author to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright clean pages.
