A lovely portfolio of the works of Edward Bawden, containing eleven loose plates of his works.
Containing the linocut 'My Cat Wife', and the prints 'Cat', 'Boats', 'Parrots', 'Vicious Pet', 'Humpty Dumpty', 'Punting', 'Horse and Cart', 'Little Cat', 'Crabs', and 'Alarm Clocks'.
Bawden was an English painter who taught at the Royal College of Art. This collection was published to raise funds for the Royal College of Arts, to counter proposed funding cuts. Bawden waived his fees.
In the original publiser's portfolio. Externally, smart, with a ltitle rubbing and wear to the extremities. Internally, disbound, as issued. Pages are bright and clean.
