William Boyd is a prolific Scottish novelist and short story writer, known for 'A Good Man in Africa' and 'Any Human Heart' as well as this popular title.
Complete with the loosely inserted slip detailing a signing with the author at Waterstones in Oxford.
With the previous owner's inscription to the front endpaper, Neil Wood.
Presented in an excellent unclipped dust wrapper.

In the publisher's original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart, with just a touch of bumping to the tail of the spine. Dust wrapper, which is protected in mylar, is in excellent condition. Prior owner's inscription to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
