Six books from the Osprey Military Men-At-Arms series which is an unrivalled series of books on the history, organisation, uniforms and equipment of the world's military forces, past and present. This set specifically focuses on the Napoleonic Wars that were a series of major global conflicts between 1803-1815.
This set includes a 1991 reprint of Napoleon's Marshalls (87) by Emir Bukhari and Chris Warner, Wellington's Infantry 1 (114), which is a 1992 reprint by Bryan Fosten, Flags of the Napoleonic Wars 3, (115) a first edition from 1981 by Terence Wise. Also including Wellington's Light Cavalry (126), a 1991 reprint by Bryan Fosten, Wellington's Heavy Cavalry (130) by Bryan Fosten and is a first edition copy from 1982 and Napoleon's Line Infantry (141) by Philip Haythornthwaite and Bryan Fosten, and is a 1991 reprint.
All volumes are full of artworks, maps and diagrams, with colour images throughout the volumes and the series is edited by Martin Windrow.
Condition
All volumes are in the original paper wraps. 87, 141 and 115 have price stickers to the rear wrap. Externally, the volumes are smart with some fading to the wraps. Flags of the Napoleonic Wars has a previous owner inscription to the front pastedown. Internally, all volumes are firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
