Description

First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

First Edition. Ronald Searle was a British artist and satirical cartoon artist. He created the famous St Trinian's School and collaborated with Geoffrey Willans on the Molesworth series. Searle received many critical recognition for his work especially in America. He won the National Cartoonists Society's Advertising and Illustration Award in 1959 and 1965, The Reuben Award in 1960 and many more.

Condition

In original illustrated boards and held in original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, very smart with just some minor bumping to the head and tail of spine. Dustwrapper is very smart with a very small amount of bumping to the head of spine. Slight sunning to the wrap edges. Gift inscription to the verso of front endpaper, 'For So Many Things N' Internally, firmly bound. Pages firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
