In the publisher's original cloth binding. Offering a short biography of each secretary. Volume I features the secretaries from 1775 to 1913, with volume II covering the years 1913 to 1972. Illustrated throughout with numerous portraits throughout the two volumes. A fascinating work of naval history, offering an insight into holders of this important naval position.

    Condition

    In the publisher's cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and also to the extremities. Light spots to the top edge. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
