First edition of three works by Beryl Cook, a well renowned British artist best known for her original and unique paintings.

Cook's work is often comical and depict the daily lives of people she encountered.

In the original publisher's cloth bindings and dust wrappers. The dust wrapper of 'London' is clipped.

Includes 'The Works' (1978), 'One Man Show' (1981), and 'Beryl Cook's London' (1988).

Densely illustrated throughout with colour illustrations of Beryl's art, alongside her descriptions of the people at the focus of her work.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding and dust wrappers. The dust wrappers are unclipped except for 'London'. Externally, very smart. There is some light bumping to the heads and tails of the spines and to the extremities. The dust wrappers are slightly worn to the extremities with some small tears and slight creasing. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
