First edition of Far Arabia, Explorers of the Myth by Peter Brent in the original publisher's cloth binding and clipped dust wrapper. 

Includes the dust wrapper clipping inserted. 

This history of Arabia discusses the myth's created by the West about this largely unknown but vastly explored area of the world through the common imagination from explorers and travel writers such as T. E. Lawrence and Richard Burton. 

With eight pages of monochrome plates with twenty one illustrations between pages 116 and 117 and a double page map. Collated, complete.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding and clipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. There is some slight wear to the extremities of the dust wrapper. To the binding, there is some very slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
