The first edition of this work. In the original unclipped dustwrapper. 'Last Day in Limbo' is the eighth novel in the Modesty Blaise series, in which Blaise and Willie Garvin discover that their female agent friend Maude Tiller is being mistreated by a man she was sent to spy on, Paxero. Modesty Blaise was a fictional female secret agent, a landmark at the time. Written by Peter O'Donnell, who is best known for his creation of the character Modesty Blaise. He also wrote gothic historical romance novels under the pseudonym Madeline Brent.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, near fine, with a small amount of bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Dustwrapper with some minor discolouration. A very small amount of evidence of sticker to the tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
