This copy of an essay on William Morris and Eric Gill is one of limited printing of 1,750. It is based Faulkner's essay of the same topic, which was awarded the Peter Floud Memorial Prize in 1963. This essay discusses the socialist theories and philosophies of William Morris and Eric Gill, both of whom were a part of the Arts and Crafts movement.

Condition

In the publisher's original paper binding. Externally, a lovely copy with no discernible shelf wear. Internally, firmly bound and pages very bright and clean.
