Setting out from Victoria Station, this work follows the journey of the author who intended to board every train that chugged into view between London and Tokyo, eventually returning by the Trans-Siberian Express. Written by Paul Edward Theroux, an American novelist and travel writer who is the father of English-American authors and documentary filmmakers Marcel and Louis Theroux.

Condition

In the original red cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart with light wear to the extremities and minor sunning to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
