What Our Customers Say...

Description

First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

The first book club associates edition of this novel, being the last to be published before Agatha Christie's death, and the last to feature the beloved detective Hercule Poirot. Published in the same year as the true first.

A reminiscent novel, set in a country house. It returns the characters to the setting of her first novel, 'The Mysterious Affair at Styles,' and also reunites Poirot and Hastings after almost forty years since they solved their first mystery there, in order to prevent a serial killer for claiming any more victims.

In the unclipped dust wrapper.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally excellent with only minor shelf wear and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. The dust wrapper is smart with some shelf wear and chipping, as well as the occasional minor closed tear; unclipped. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean.
