The first edition first impression, with no subsequent impressions listed.

In the original unclipped dust wrapper.

A selection of eighteen short stories featuring Hercule Poirot's cases from early in his career.

All of these stories were originally published in periodicals between 1923 and 1935.

Agatha Christie is one of the most prolific and successful detective writers of her time, writing sixty-six detective novels in total. She is best known for her protagonists Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. Very marginal bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Dust wrapper is a little edge worn, with a couple of light marks only. Spine is sunned. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
