Rene Konig (1906-1992) was a German sociologist, and was chair of Sociology at Cologne University, later becoming Professor Emeritus. He wrote the first sociological work on the subject of fashion.

Illustrated throughout with examples in photographs and illustrations.

Condition

In the publisher's original full cloth binding with a clipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely, very slight bumping to the tail of the spine. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition with only slight wear. Internally firmly bound, pages bright and clean.
