A limited edition by Times newspaper, numbered one-hundred and ninety-nine of two thousand. Signed by the author to the title page. In the original publisher's cloth slipcase. Slipcase is in a very good indeed condition. This work is the author's recounting of a family's life in Edwardian England in 1908, the author would have been seven or eight years old in 1908. Helen Bradley was encouraged to create a narrative of her childhood memories by L. S. Lowry. Bradley mostly painted life in Lancashire int he Edwardian era, reflecting her childhood. She also published 'And Miss Carter Wore Pink'. Illustrated with colour illustrations throughout.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding with the original cloth slipcase. Externally, smart. Light marks to the boards of the slipcase. A little fading to the extremities of the slipcase. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Slipcase is in a very good indeed condition.
