    First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

    'Dick Francis' new novel has all the excitement and mastery of his genre which has made him a worldwide bestseller'. Dick Francis was a crime writer, who wrote a lot novels horse racing, as he used to be a jockey. Some of his other books include 'Dead Cart', 'Nerve', 'High Stakes', and 'Smokescreen'.

    Condition

    In a grey cloth binding with original clipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Some light bumping and cocking of the spine. Dustwrapper is sound, though with some sunning and labels to the spine (though this will remove), handling marks, and a couple of small closed tears. Ink stamp to front endpaper. Bookseller's label to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright, though with some occasional foxing, and spotting to the first and last few pages.
