What Our Customers Say...
First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
First edition of Tim's Last Voyage by Edward Ardizzone in the original publisher's paper wrapped boards and unclipped dust wrapper.
This lovely children's book tells the story of Tim and his friend Ginger going on an adventure and spend three days on the SS Arabella.
The tenth and last story of Tim's youthful exploits.
Illustrated by the author from watercolours in monochrome and colour. Ardizzone was an English painter and print maker. He was awarded the Kate Greenaway Medal from the Library Association for the the best children's book illustration in 1956 for 'Tim All Alone'.
In the original publisher's paper wrapped boards and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart. There is some wear to the extremities of the dust wrapper and a few small tears. To the binding, there is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean.
