Illustrated with monochrome illustrations and facsimiles of Spike Milligan's handwriting to 'The Spike Milligan Letters', monochrome drawings to 'Small Dreams of a Scorpion' and monochrome photographs to 'Transports of Delight. 

In the publisher's original hardback with the original unclipped dust wrapper to 'The Spike Milligan Letters' and the clipped dust wrapper to 'Small Dreams of a Scorpion'.

Three volumes. 

This set features a collection of works about and by Spike Milligan, the Irish comedian, writer, musician, poet and actor. The set includes; 'Spike Milligan's Transports of Delight', a humorous work depicting a variety of modes of transportation from around the globe and through history, 'Small Dreams of a Scorpion', a collection of poetry by Milligan, and 'The Spike Milligan Letters', a collection of letters compiled by his manager Norma Farnes. 

Condition

In the publisher's original hardback with the original unclipped dust wrapper to 'The Spike Milligan Letters' and the clipped dust wrapper to 'Small Dreams of a Scorpion'. Externally, excellent with a slight lean, minimal bumping and minor marks to the rear to 'Transports of Delight'. The wraps are excellent with minor marks. Internally firmly bound with slight age toning and the odd spot to the endpapers to 'Dreams of a Scorpion'.
