A detailed history of the game of tennis, with commentary on royal exponents of tennis, the rackets, the balls, and the history of the Moreton Morrell Tennis Court. Produced by the Moreton Morrell Tennis Court Company Ltd., a historical indoor court built in 1905 by Joseph Bickley that is still in use today. With a letter insert addressed to "Players of Tennis and Lovers of Tradition and Unique Buildings."

Condition

In the original paper wraps. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
