'The Lurker at the Threshold' is an interesting collaborative horror novel, based on short fragments written by H. P. Lovecraft which he left behind when he died. His close friend, August Derleth, took the notes to construct and write this novel.
The first edition was published by Arkham House in 1945, the publishing house founded by Derleth to honour the writings of Lovecraft.
Without the original dust wrapper.

In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, smart. Spine is very lightly faded. Minor spots to the top edge. Bookseller's label to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
