What Our Customers Say...

Description

An Important Work

Francis wrote more than 40 international best-sellers. His first book was his autobiography The Sport of Queens (1957), for which he was offered the aid of a ghostwriter, which he spurned. The book's success led to his becoming the racing correspondent for London's Sunday Express newspaper, and he remained in the job for 16 years. Many of Francis' books are featured in volumes of Reader's Digest Condensed Books.

Condition

In publisher's paper wraps. Externally, quite heavily spotted with some wear and chipping to the spine. Internally, firmly bound, bright and generally clean throughout, though with small instances of spotting.
