What Our Customers Say...
Description
First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
H.W. Tilman's account of his fascinating and disastrous voyage in the tempestuous seas south of Cape Horn between 1966 and 1967. While they made it back safe, this voyage was characterised by tensions between the crew members and the loss overboard of the first mate. Tilman's style remains light in the retelling of the events, making for a fascinating read.
Comprised in this volume, an account of another voyage with Mischief around Africa between 1957 and 1958.
