Signed by the author to the recto to the front endpaper, 'To dear - very dear - Doris, (Diana in this book) from her affectionate, Harold, alias, E.H.Visiak, Nov 3 1968'.

In the original unclipped dustwrapper.

The autobiography of E. H. Visiak, the pseudonym for Edward Harold Physick.

Visiak was an English author, best known for being a critic and authority on John Milton, and for his novel 'Medusa'.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Light marking to the tail of the boards. Dustwrapper with light edgewear, resulting in a few small closed tears, and some minor discolouration and marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with just a few light marks.
