'Keziah Dane' is a novel about a widow in Kentucky who lives on the brink of poverty, trying to look after her children after her husband dies in a flood. After Keziah's daughter is raped and attacks her rapist, she accidently kills him, which brings many consequences upon the family. Written by Sue Grafton, who is best known for her detective novels that feature the Californian detective Kinsey Millhone.
