An uncommon edition of this collection of twenty four short stories by noted crime writer Dorothy Sayers, featuring her protagonist, Lord Peter. The included works were first featured in the two collections of short stories, entitled Lord Peter Views the Body and Hangman's Holiday. By Dorothy Sayers, noted crime writer and one of the Queens of Crime, alongside notable others such as Agatha Christie and Ngaio Marsh.

In the original red cloth binding in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally in lovely condition. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition with just a minor chip to the lower extremity of the front of the wrap. Wrap remains exceptionally bright. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. A very pleasing copy.
