First edition, first impression. A detective novel featuring Agatha Christie's beloved Belgian detective, Hercule Poirot, and the recurring character Ariadne Oliver. The novel starts with Norma Restarick seeking help from Poirot, believing that she may have committed murder. Written by Dame Agatha Christie, an English writer known for her detective novels and short story collections, particularly those revolving around fictional detectives Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.

Condition

In the original full red cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also smart with light wear to the extremities and the odd small closed tear. Light sunning to the spine with a 1" closed tear to the tail of the spine sympathetically repaired with tape to the internal side. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper.
