This haunting novel is written by the popular author Daphne Du Maurier, an English novelist best known for her novel 'Rebecca' which has been adapted into successful films. This novel follows Armino Fabbio who returns to his native city to discover why his old nurse was found dead on the steps of a church.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely. The wrap is very smart with handling marks, slight sunning to the spine, closed tears to the joints and the odd small chip. Internally firmly bound with occasional spotting.
