Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

Beautifully illustrated throughout, including numerous coloured plates, and a view from Collins and Swanston Streets depicted in sepia on the back endpaper. Scottish born Agnes Paton Bell moved to Melbourne and was delighted by its scenery and history. She also wrote "Early Caulfield".

Condition

In original cloth binding with coloured decorative unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Light shelfwear to the boards. Dustwrapper has light rubbing to the head and tail of spine.Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
