The work of prominent bibliographer and curator Donald Gallop, who was for three decades curator of the Yale collection of American literature, during which period he published the standard bibliographies of TS Eliot and Pound, alongside editing manuscripts by Gertrude Stein, Thornton Wilder, Pound and Eugene O'Neill held in the Yale library.
Illustrated with a portrait frontispiece of Pound, alongside three further plates. Collated, complete.

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price clipped dust wrapper. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with light mark to head of front board. Light marks to dust wrapper, with back strip age toned. Significant closed teat to rear flyleaf and rear wrap. Small closed tear to back strip tail. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
